At Floor Authority, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of in-stock items within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the items are in their original condition, unopened, and undamaged.

Please Note:

• All returns must be in their original packaging.
• Special order items are not eligible for return or refund.
• We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before issuing a refund.
